Lyft Ranked Dallas' Most Popular Bars, Restaurants, In 2018

DALLAS, TX -- Backyard Dallas, Whataburger, and LA Fitness were ranked among the most popular Lyft destinations in and around Dallas in 2018. This announcement is part of the fourth iteration of the annual Lyftie Awards, a program that recognizes the most popular destinations in cities across the country. This year, Lyft expanded the Lyfties to include bars, concert venues, gyms, neighborhoods, in 45 markets, the company said in a news release.

“Lyft helps Dallas-Fort Worth experience and connect with their city in new and interesting ways. We’re proud to support the local Dallas-Fort Worth community through convenient, affordable rides and by providing a flexible earning opportunity," Yohan Bobcombe, market manager for Lyft Dallas-Fort Worth, said in a statement. "The Lyfties are a way for us to recognize the places that truly make Dallas-Fort Worth unique and to say thank you for sharing a ride with us to places like the Statler and Pecan Lodge."
