Madisonville Christmas Company Brings Holiday Magic to Plano With Grand Opening Celebration

Christmas is arriving early in North Texas this weekend as Madisonville Christmas Company celebrates the grand opening of its first Dallas-Fort Worth-area location.

The Texas holiday retailer will officially open its seasonal Plano pop-up on Saturday, Sept. 26, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 5801 Preston Road, with Santa appearances, giveaways, treats and a store filled with Christmas décor and inspiration.

The first 100 customers to make a purchase will receive a free gift, while Santa will be at the store from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for photos and visits with families. Guests can also sample some of Madisonville Christmas Company’s newest treats, enjoy fresh popcorn and explore decorated trees, ornaments, ribbon, wreaths, florals, gifts and seasonal décor.

For North Texas shoppers, the Plano store offers a closer-to-home version of the immersive Christmas experience that has made the company’s Madisonville flagship a seasonal destination.

The Plano location is Madisonville Christmas Company’s first physical retail location in the Dallas-Fort Worth market and will remain open through Christmas.

Shoppers can also learn about the company’s custom holiday design services and get ideas for decorating their own homes for the 2026 season.

From Texas Road Trip to DFW Pop-Up

Madisonville Christmas Company’s flagship store, located between Dallas and Houston in Madisonville, features a 30,000-square-foot showroom with more than 6,000 curated items, including Christmas trees, ornaments, ribbon, wreaths, lighting, gifts and seasonal home décor.

The larger Madisonville property spans 11 acres and combines shopping with dining and entertainment, including Café twelve25, The Mantel, seasonal events, live music, Santa visits, workshops and overnight accommodations at Yuletide RV Park.

The company grew out of nearly two decades of experience in holiday lighting and design and has developed into a seasonal road-trip destination for families from across Texas.

The new Plano pop-up brings that experience to DFW shoppers without the drive to Madisonville.
