McDonald's of North Texas Invites Local Parents to Lunch

Local dietitian provides tips and tricks for eating healthy on-the-go during April Event kick-off

In an effort to engage with local moms and dads and inform them about its commitment to high quality food, people and experience, McDonald’s of North Texas is hosting “Lunch Bunch” events at various restaurants throughout the area. Four events will take place in the Dallas, Fort Worth and Tyler markets throughout this year, giving moms and dads the opportunity to get an inside look at McDonald’s community initiatives and operations, while meeting and mingling with fellow parents and McDonald’s Owner/Operators.

“Busy moms and dads look to us daily for nourishment for their family, so we love being able to provide them with easily accessible, healthy choices,” said Jeff Smith, local McDonald’s Owner/Operator. “We are listening to our customers and making some changes to our menu to offer a more balanced meal for kids. By teaching them about various menu items and giving them a closer look at some of our innovative technology, we believe parents will want to choose McDonald’s for their families.”

Each event is co-hosted by area City Moms Blog chapters, including Dallas Moms Blog, Fort Worth Moms Blog and East Texas Moms Blog. Guests will hear from a registered dietitian on April 24th and 25th about approved and recommended menu options, as well as tips for eating healthy on-the-go at the following Lunch Bunch events:
