DALLAS, TX — A missing 29-year-old man last seen Tuesday morning could be a danger to himself or others, police warn. Roy Hart was last seen walking in the 3100 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday. He is described as a black man standing around 6-feet tall and weighing 180 pounds. Hart has black hair and brown eyes. Police said Hart was last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and purple and green shoes.
