1. The Dallas County Sheriff's Office is asking the public for help finding a missing 25-year-old man from Seagoville. Rogelio Cruz Moreno Jr., who also goes by the names "Antonio" and "Victor Lopez," was last seen on Nov. 21 at 14774 Beckett Road in Seagoville wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, red shoes, and a red hoodie. He is described as a Hispanic male who is about five foot eight, weighs 180 lbs., and has the number 18 tattooed above his left eye, as well as the name "Elizabeth" tattooed on the left side of his neck. 2. A pedestrian was killed while attempting to cross I-35 E near Royal Ave. in Dallas. Deputies believe the unidentified woman had made it to the left lane when she was struck by a white 2012 Chevrolet Impala, and pronounced dead at the scene. 3. Marvin E. Robinson, a Dallas leader in civil rights and business, has died at the age of 86. (Clear Publicist)
