Missing Woman May Be Disoriented, Police Say

DALLAS, TX — A missing woman last seen on foot could be disoriented and a danger to herself, police warn. Anyone who sees is asked to call 9-1-1 or (214) 671-4268.

Dorothy O'Neal was lsat seen between midnight and 6:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 2500 block of Carpenter Avenue. Police say the 78-year-old woman is on foot.

O'Neal stands 5 foot 11 inches and weighs 100 pounds. She has gray hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a long dress of unknown color, house shoes and a brown wig.
