Murder Suspect Arrested In Dallas Following Boy's Death

A 24-year-old man has been arrested and charged in the death of Lekeye Danard Mitchell Jr., 17, of Mesquite, the Mesquite Police Department said in a news release. Raymond Charles Webb, of Terrell, was arrested Sunday night and charged with first degree murder, Mesquire PD added.

The shooting happened at about 3:30 p.m. in the 1600 block of Bruton Road.
