Here are the top stories today in Dallas:

  1. Pro wrestler Miranda Gordy is set to make her Major League Wrestling debut at an upcoming event on Jan. 21 at Gilley's Dallas. 32-year-old Miranda Gordy is the daughter of Terry "Bam Bam" Gordy of The Freebirds. The television taping, entitled "Blood & Thunder," will be MLW's first show in North Texas since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. (The Dallas Morning News)
  2. Supermarket chain Sprouts Farmers Market is giving a big push in the Dallas market, with two stores opening soon and two more on the way. First to open will be the new location in Las Colinas at 7730 N. MacArthur Blvd. #150, which is currently hiring for 90 positions and is expected to open on Jan. 28.
