- A study conducted at Florida Atlantic and Florida International universities has ranked the Dallas-Fort Worth housing market as the country's 18th most overvalued market. The study used data provided through Zillow to compare home values against historical data dating back to 1997. The study concluded that Dallas-Fort Worth homes are being sold for 48.35 percent more than expected. (The Dallas Morning News)
- A neighborhood grocery with a cult-like following is opening in Dallas' Knox District. The newest Berkley's Market location will open at 3300 Knox St. in the former Into the Garden location. The expected opening date is late 2022. (CultureMap Dallas)
