Parts Of DFW Under Fire Weather Watch Friday
Residents west of the I-35 corridor should use extra caution Friday as a dryline elevates fire risks.

North Texas residents living west of the Metroplex are encouraged to be on high alert Friday as a dryline brings high-risk fire weather to the area.
The National Weather Service warns of a dryline will move through the area on Friday afternoon. The weather pattern is expected to bring low humidity and strong winds west of the I-35 corridor.
Residents in these areas are asked to avoid outdoor burning or careless disposal of cigarettes. Anyone who sees a fire should report it to a local fire department immediately.
