  1. The Dallas IRS Taxpayer Assistance Center is opening its doors to the community this Saturday. Taxpayers who are looking for assistance can stop in from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to receive routine tax services. No appointments are necessary, according to officials with the Assistance Center.   2. According to Dallas Police Department, catalytic converter theft nearly quadrupled in 2021. The recent trend has been forewarned by the National Insurance Crime Bureau for years. According to data from the department, 2,187 converters were reported as stolen in the Dallas area. (CBS Dallas / Fort Worth)
  3. The Classics Theatre Project of Dallas presents four new plays for its 2022 season. The theatre company's mission is to bring the classics to Dallas audiences in an accessible and relevant way.
