Red Lobster Names North Texan 'Team Member of the Year'
Red Lobster names North Texan one of the restaurant's eight 'Team Member of the Year.' Letty Hernandez was chosen from 55,000 employees.

GREENVILLE, TX — A Supervisor at Red Lobster in Greenville, Texas, has been presented with the restaurant's Team Member of the Year Award. She is one of eight Team Members selected for the award from the more than 55,000 employees who work for Red Lobster restaurants throughout North America.
Chip Wade said Letty Hernandez was chosen for her ability to perform daily job duties at a high level and be a positive role model for fellow employees.

Known by the Greenville staff as “Mama Letty,” Hernandez always jumps in to guide new team members to success. Rosa Mejia said Hernandez is a champion of others and a believer that teamwork is essential to providing top-notch service to guests.
“Letty is a leader, an inspiration and a compassionate individual who puts the needs of guests and team members before her own,” said the General Manager of the Greenville Red Lobster. “She is a role model for every team member that walks in our doors.”
