- Dallas Redistricting Commission has submitted a new map for review. The new redistricting maps for the Dallas City Council occur every 10 years after the release of census numbers. - The CEO of the Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity has announced his retirement. Dave Crawford has served as the organization's CEO since 2018. - The Dallas City Council is considering a ban on the sale of dogs and cats at pet stores. The ordinance is meant to cut off the demand for puppy mills within the state while preventing the sale of sick animals. The ordinance is called the Dallas Humane Pet Store Ordinance. (CBS Dallas)
