Here are the top three stories in Dallas today:

  1. The Ronald McDonald House of Dallas is searching for volunteers to respond to the dramatic 75 percent increase in occupancy. The center is reportedly serving over 60 families. Volunteers host family-friendly activities, support special events and cook vital meals for the families. The center has about 50 percent of the needed volunteer amount. (NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth)
  2. The Dallas Police Department is searching for a double homicide suspect. The department is trying to locate Infant Johnson, 23 years old. He is to be considered armed and dangerous, and the department is asking anyone with information to contact them immediately. He is wanted for capital murder for the fatal shooting of Jimena Nunez Sandoval and David Deshawn Stewart. (CBS Dallas)
  3. Collect Fest Dallas was held this weekend at the Sportsplex. The festival gathered collectible vendors and buyers from around the area. There were live DJs, food trucks, raffles, and more. The event was between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. (North Texas e-News)
