Suspect Arrested In Stabbing Death Of 38-Year-Old Dallas Woman
Kenneth Ray Walker, 34, turned himself over to police Wednesday and has been charged with murder.

DALLAS, TX -- The Dallas Police Department has arrested a man they believe stabbed a 38-year-old woman to death Wednesday morning in North Dallas. Kenneth Ray Walker, 34, surrendered to law enforcement Wednesday hours after the incident, DPD said in a news release. He was transported to the Dallas County Lew Sterrett Jail and charged with murder, DPD said.
Latrecia Neshea Nelson was found on the floor inside her apartment bedroom with stab wounds Wednesday at 8:43 a.m. at 9340 Skillman St.
"Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and pronounced the victim deceased at 8:54 a.m.," DPD said.
