Here are the top three stories in Dallas today:

  1. The City of Dallas will be giving away Teen All Access passes beginning next month. The passes will allow Dallas teenagers to access select attractions - for free! To qualify, a resident must be between the ages of 13 and 17. Residents can obtain the passes at a City of Dallas recreation center. (NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth)
