Texas' Favorite Christmas Movie Is A Scary One
The website Streaming Observer has released a breakdown of each state's favorite Christmas flick.

DALLAS, TX -- Texas' favorite Christmas movie is the 1984 hit "Gremlins," according to a new analysis from Streaming Observer. The comedy horror film was made for $11 million and earned $148 million in theaters, according to the Internet Movie Database (IMDb).
Streaming Observer used data from Rotten Tomatoes and other public sources to conduct its analysis. Some of its other findings included:
- Some of the holiday movies that multiple states across the U.S. are obsessed with include "Home Alone," "Gremlins," "Scrooged," and "Die Hard."
- The state of Illinois loves "Home Alone," as much of the movie was shot there.
- There wasn’t a single state where the acclaimed "It’s a Wonderful Life" was the holiday movie residents were most obsessed with.
