Texas Ranked As One Of The Best States For Singles
With Valentine's Day around the corner, it's not too late to find love, especially in Texas.
If you're looking for love, look no further than Texas. Personal-finance website WalletHub released a new report that has Texas ranked third in terms of best places to find single people. WalletHub compared the 50 states across 28 indicators of dating-friendliness, including share of single adults, movie costs, and nightlife options per capita, the organization said in a news release.
Wallethub used data from the Council for Community and Economic Research, United Health Foundation, TripAdvisor, and Gallup-Sharecare, among other places.
The best state for singles was Florida while the worst was West Virginia. Texas was tied for the most restaurants and movie theaters per capita.
