Dallas County Results: Texas Runoff Election

DALLAS, TX — Polls have officially closed across the Lone Star State, and early voting totals are beginning to pour in. Among the most watched of tonight's elections is that of Andrew White and Lupe Valdez fighting for the governor's mansion in November.
