Traffic On Northbound I-35E After Semi Crash

A jackknifed semi truck is causing major delays in the northbound lanes of I-35E in Carrollton.

CARROLlTON, TX — Drivers on northbound I-35E in Carrollton are likely to see major delays in light of an 18-wheeler crash that left all but one lane closed. The debris from the crash has left only one northbound lane passable.

Carrollton police say the delays on the interstate are likely to last until after rush hour, so drivers are encouraged to find an alternate route during Wednesday's afternoon commute.

The crash occurred when an 18-wheeler jackknifed in the northbound Express Lane. The truck jumped the barrier and came to rest in the main lanes of the interstate, where debris and a fuel spill remain as of writing.
