Here are the top stories in Dallas today:

  1. The family of Aaron Tschritter, who traveled from Canada to see the Cowboys play on Thanksgiving, is extremely concerned after learning he never made it to the game. Tschritter's family said no one has seen or heard from him since Nov. 25, when he left the Vinty Club in Deep Ellum at 3 a.m. Loved ones said it's "incredibly unlike" the 29-year-old father to not contact them, and filed a missing persons report with the Dallas Police Department yesterday. 2. Break Bread, Break Borders, a workforce training program in Dallas, is empowering refugee women from war-torn countries to take control of their lives with an exciting culinary career. The organization gives women the opportunity to use their skills to make money for their families while sharing their culture and their story. The company was founded by Dallas resident Jin-Ya Huang, whose mother, a Chinese refugee, trained other immigrants, refugees, and migrants to come and work in her restaurant's kitchen. (WFAA.com)
  3. The SPCA of Texas is hosting its 31st annual "Home for the Holidays" pet adoption station at NorthPark Center mall during the holiday shopping season. The Holidays Adoption Pavilion, located on level one of the mall between Macy's and Dillard's, is open Thursdays through Sundays, noon to 6 p.m., now through Dec. 23. (NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth)
