Here are the top three stories in Dallas today:
- Dallas Water Utilities is urgently asking residents to conserve water. The system will turn problematic if residents do not reduce pressure. The city's water consumption has nearly doubled - leading to breaks and leaks. The driving forces of the consumption increase are a lack of rain and an ongoing heat wave. (CultureMap Dallas)
- Dallas Teen All Access Passes are moving fast but there are still supplies available. The tickets are for residents between 13 and 17 years of age. Each pass allows free access to various city attractions. Up to three friends or family members can gain free admission with the pass. Click for a list of attractions participating in the passes. A pass can be obtained at city recreation locations. (NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth)
- The Dallas Police Department arrested a wanted man fleeing on an ATV. The Department caught the individual in the 100 block of Apache Lane. It is unclear why the man was wanted by the department. Click to view the full chase footage captured by Texas Sky Ranger. (NBC 5 Dallas-Fort Worth)
