1. Hot Chocolate 15K/5K

• Run the streets of Downtown Dallas starting Saturday at 7:30 a.m. Race packets are $54 at the starting line. This race helps raise funds for Make-A-Wish. Celebrate at the post-race party with hot chocolate, games and live music.

2. 2018 Dallas Winter Boat Show

• Feb. 2 to 4 and 8 to 11 at Dallas Market Hall
• Presented by The United Boat Dealers of North Texas, the expo is the ultimate “Party off the Lake” for boating enthusiast, boat owners, soon to be boat owners and those who live the recreational boating lifestyle.

3. Hidden History DFW's African American Tours

• Celebrate Black History Month with an entertaining and educational tour that explores almost forgotten history by visiting many of the sites that were instrumental in the development of vibrant African American communities throughout the city.

4. Happy Goat Yoga - For Charity

• Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018
• 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM CST
• "Exercise, animals and positive people are all recommended to relieve stress, anxiety and depression. We'll have them all! ...Enjoy a yoga class while the over friendly (and oh so cute!) pygmy goats run around, under, and over you."

5. The Melting Pot: Multi-Cultural Potluck & Improv Jam

• Sunday, Feb. 4, 2018 — 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Arts Mission Oak Cliff — 410 South Windomere Avenue
• Free and BYOB, attendees are asked to bring a dish, drink or dessert to share. Spend the afternoon celebrating the diversity of DFW and enjoying an improv comedy jam — beginners welcome to participate.
