Festival season is in full swing. Here are five can't-miss festivals and outings happening the weekend of May 18-20 in Dallas.

1. Grapevine Main Street Fest

Okay, this one isn't in Dallas. But it's totally worth mentioning. The 34th annual festival, described as a Craft Brew Experience, is three days of family-friendly fun featuring non-stop entertainment, food, kids activities and more than 75 different craft beers.

2. AT&T Byron Nelson Classic at Trinity Forest Golf Club

Wednesday, May 16 through Sunday, May 20

Walk the grounds of the Byron Nelson classic while drinking, relaxing with friends and enjoying some impressive golf.

Daily grounds tickets are $45.

3. Taste of Addison

Friday through Sunday

Addison Circle Park

Enjoy food from several local restaurants, a fantastic summertime atmosphere and music by Casey Donahew (Friday) and Eli Young Band (Saturday) at the Taste of Addison Festival. Tickets are $20.

4. Elm Street Music & Tattoo Fest

Friday through Sunday

Tickets start at $10

Immerse yourself in the tattoo world at this convention which features some of the world's best artists, art shows, vendors and a mix of local and touring bands in Deep Ellum.

5. Dallas Pet Expo

Expo is open Saturday and Sunday

Entrance fees start at $5.

Bring your four legged friend and enjoy exhibitors selling unique goods, prize giveaways, rescue groups, an adoption event, discount vaccinations, obedience demonstrations, the latest in pet care products, and much, much more.
