Wild About Harry's To Reopen Near Highland Park: Report
The new store will be only blocks away from Wild About Harry's longtime location on Knox Street.

DALLAS, TX — Wild About Harry's, a laid back staple of the Knox Henderson community, announced Monday it will be reopening in a new location only blocks away from its former Knox Street home.
In a cryptic Facebook post, the custard and hotdog shop alluded to the opening, writing, "Parking? Where on Knox, coming soon parking @wildaboutharrysdallas on Travis, thx #theretailconnection #knoxdistrict and always to those who venture to #deepellum..."
What that means, Dallas News' Guide Live reported, is that the store will be opening July 1 at 4527 Travis St. in Dallas.

The new store sits near the Katy Trail, a line dividing Highland Park and Knox-Henderson and is only a short walk from its former location.
Sydney Coley-Berglund, daughter of the restaurant's founder Harry Coley, told Guide Live she hoped to find a new storefront in Highland park that would allow her to place the 'Hot Dog Man' statue out front.

"[Highland Park's] where we began," she told the publication, "so we would like to stay in the neighborhood."
Harry's new home is referred to as a "temporary space" with a month-to-month lease. It's not clear how long the restaurant intends to remain in its new Travis Street location.
