One winner will be announced each month during the campaign, which lasts through the end of 2018.

“100 years ago, El Fenix Founder Miguel Martinez developed a combination of American and Traditional Mexican Food – the birth of what is now known as Tex-Mex,” said Brian Livingston, President of Firebird Restaurant Group. “Others have tried to replicate Tex-Mex, but no one can match the one who started it all.”
