Annual Aldrich Street Fair Goes Virtual With Online Talent Show

AUSTIN, TX —Central Texans are invited to a unique opportunity to showcase their talents at the alternative to Aldrich Street's Got Talent (Virtual Edition), an alternative to the fourth annual Aldrich Street Fair. The virtual talent show invites the community to submit talent videos (3-minute maximum) for a chance to win top prizes including gift cards to the Aldrich Street businesses of choice.

Participants may submit their talent videos through Monday, September 14. A committee will then narrow down the videos to the top five, which will be aired on Facebook Live on Thursday, September 24 beginning at 6:30 p.m. Emcee Taylor Ellison, co-host of CBS Austin's "We Are Austin", will invite audiences to watch the finalist videos and have 24 hours to help decide the winner by voting for your favorite video. Once votes are tallied, the winner(s) will be revealed Friday, September 25.

Top 4 winners will each receive a $100 gift card to Aldrich Street businesses of choice; the winner will receive $500 gift card to Aldrich Street businesses of choice.
