Austin-Based Hotels For Hope To Be Acquired
Charlotte, North Carolina-based Quint Events officials said the transaction will help the local firm further its hotel booking services.
AUSTIN, TX — Austin-based Hotels for Hope is being acquired by a Charlotte, North Carolina-based ticket and hospitality company, according to a published report.
Austin Inno reported the local company will be purchased by QuintEvents. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The acquiring firm said the transaction will help it add customized, white-label booking platforms that will serve to centralize hotel booking services for Hotels for Hope, according to the website.
Founded by Neil Goldman, Hotels for Hope has been a booking provider for Formula `1, Lollapalooza and other prominent events, Austin Inno reported. Hotels for Hope describes itself as a for-profit social enterprise that directs $2 from every booked room night to nonprofits created to help children.
