Law enforcement officials said concern for the boy's welfare is heightened given his young age and an existing medical condition. Photos of the child was released in the hopes someone might recognize him and alert as to his whereabouts. Anyone seeing him is urged to call 9-1-1 immediately. Tips also can be submitted by downloading the Austin Police Department mobile app, Austin PD, for free on iPhone and Android.
