Austin Police Seeks Help From Public Finding Fugitives

Eddie Roberto Santiago, Kaylie Dawn Rusnak and Alexa Nicole White are wanted for strangulation, arson and burglary, respectively.

AUSTIN, TX — Police seek help locating fugitives wanted for everything from arson to burglary to strangulation.

Eddie Roberto Santiago, 30, is facing felony assault charges for strangling an individual following an argument last month. Police released a previous booking photo:

Kaylie Dawn Rusnak, 27, is charged with arson after allegedly starting a fire in the bathroom of a business along the 12900 block of the north Interstate 35 service road southbound on Aug. 23. The fire caused some $500 in damage, police said.

Alexa Nicole White, 29, is charged with felony burglary after allegedly breaking into a home along the the 2100 block of Davis Lane in June 2017. She's accused of stealing about $400 worth of property.

Anyone with knowledge of either of these individuals' whereabouts is urged to call Crime Stoppers at (512) 472-TIPS or text "Tip 103" with information to CRIMES or use the new Crime Stoppers App or email APD Homicide at homicide.apd@austintexas.gov.
