Austin Traffic Alert: Interstate 35 Lanes To Close For Sign Work
The full lanes closure will take place between I-35 and U.S. 183 at Rundberg Lane starting at 10 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 2.
AUSTIN, TX — Texas Department of Transportation work crews will close all main lanes along Interstate 35 starting on Monday night to remove a sign bridge, officials said.
The full lanes closure will take place between I-35 and U.S. 183 at Rundberg Lane. Crews will close off traffic access from 10 p.m. on Monday to 5 a.m. on Tuesday to accommodate their work in removing a sign bridge, officials said.
The work also will reduce southbound traffic to two lanes, according to transportation officials. Motorists normally using the route should expect traffic delays, officials added.
