Biderman's Deli Expands Into Downtown Austin
Already in Northwest Hills, eatery offering classic Jewish favorites opens second site at 800 Brazos St.

AUSTIN, TEXAS — This is enough to make one exclaim: l'chaim! Biderman’s Deli has expanded into downtown Austin.
As reported by Austin 360, Biderman's opened its first location in Northwest Hills last year. It's the brainchild of Zach Biderman, co-founder of Seventh Flag Coffee. The deli serves authentic Jewish staples, including bagels, chopped liver, latkes, matzo ball soup and even black-and-white cookies.
The iconic Reuben on grille rye sandwich can be had here, as well as breakfast bagel sandwiches. Speaking of bagels, the array of bagels is impressive, from cinnamon raisin and egg to poppy seed and whole wheat. The available schmears are just as varied from chive to pickle & dill to vegetable.
