Body Found At Waller Creek In Downtown Austin
The body was found near the intersection of East 5th Street and Sabine Street just after 8:15 a.m., medics said.

AUSTIN, TX — A dead body was found along a portion of Waller Creek in downtown Austin, medics said Wednesday.
Austin-Travis County EMS officials said via Twitter that the body is that of a man in his 40s, but Austin Police Department spokeswoman Destiny Winston said an age or race for the deceased person could not be determined. The body was found near the intersection of East 5th Street and Sabine Street just after 8:15 a.m., medics said.
Winston wouldn't specify if the body was found inside the water or at the creek's edge. She asked for anyone who may have information about the case to call the police tip line at (512) 477-3588.
