Bumble To Host 2nd Annual March Madness, Beer Pong Party

AUSTIN, TEXAS — Bumble, the location-based social and dating application, has scheduled its 2nd annual March Madness Watch Party + Beer Pong Tournament this weekend.

The event is scheduled on Saturday, March 30, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Parlor & Yard, 601 W 6th St. If you plan to go, Bumble officials encourage would-be attendees to find their date via their site. Bumble is, after all, a dating site.

"Start swiping on Bumble now to invite someone to the event & secure your Pong Partner!" officials wrote in an advisory. "We'll kick off with snacks & drinks when you show your Bumble profile."

March Madness games will be on display throughout the place. "Don't fret if you haven't found a partner before you arrive, you can set your Bumble radius to 1 mile and continue swiping," organizers added. A mini Pong tournament consisting of eight teams between 2 tables will take place, with the winners of each table playing in the championship for a prize pack courtesy of Bumble. Pong bracket spots at the event will be reserved staring at 3 p.m.
