Ready to level up your cocktail game? Join us at The Roosevelt Room for a hands-on bartending master class designed to turn curious drinkers into confident home mixologists.
In this two-hour course, you’ll learn the core techniques and concepts behind crafting balanced, original cocktails. We’ll break down the five essential components of a great drink, walk through proper mixing methods, and explore the tools and techniques professionals use to create innovative recipes.
You’ll also dive into the four foundational cocktail families—Old Fashioned, Martini/Manhattan, Punch, and Sour—and discover different approaches to building your own creations, from flavor-driven to inspiration-based methods.
Each guest will enjoy three cocktails and light hors d’oeuvres while learning the history behind classic drinks and what makes them stand the test of time. To wrap things up, you’ll create your own signature cocktail using accessible, at-home ingredients, then leave with the knowledge to keep experimenting long after the class ends!
