From exquisitely smoked brisket and inventive sides to daring flavor combinations, every bite is crafted to impress and paired with curated cocktail and beverage tastings throughout the evening.
A distinguished panel of celebrity judges will ultimately crown the state that truly smokes the competition. The celebration continues with live performances from country music legend Clay Walker and rising star Channing Wilson, and ends with a spectacular fireworks finale beneath the Hill Country sky.
