The Roosevelt Room's Master Class Series - Cocktail Creation & Mixology 201
Ready to take your cocktail game beyond the basics? Join us at The Roosevelt Room for an advanced mixology master class designed for aspiring home bartenders ready to get creative behind the bar.
In this immersive two-hour course, you’ll learn the art of homemade cocktail ingredients and advanced flavor-building techniques used by industry professionals. From syrups and infusions to tinctures, bitters, and liqueurs, we’ll break down how to craft ingredients that bring depth and originality to your drinks at home.
You’ll also explore modern cocktail techniques like fat-washing and clarification, sharpen your mixing skills, and learn how different elements work together to create a balanced cocktail. Throughout the class, we’ll guide you through the professional methods behind recipe development and flavor extraction so you can start creating cocktails that feel truly your own.
Each guest will enjoy three cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while learning the stories and history behind the drinks being prepared. During the course, you’ll create your own signature cocktail using an advanced technique and homemade ingredients, then leave with the tools and confidence to keep experimenting long after the class ends.
