A guided immersive walk exploring emotional regulation, sensory awareness, and the science of nature connection.


Join this immersive walk at Nalle Bunny Run Preserve to learn more about what our senses tune in to, how the brain and body react, and when and how to apply simple practices. This will be a 2-hour experience at a leisurely pace with opportunities to explore multiple habitats on the preserve and pauses for discussion on:

-Our oldest sense and strongest emotional balancing tool
-Fastest way to activate relaxation brain waves
-Sounds that soothe the nervous system
-Everyday motions for stress management and flexible thinking
