Join us for Oyster Tasting Night, a chef-driven oyster experience available throughout the evening at Skipjack Oyster on the last Friday of the month. Pull up to the raw bar for a 7–10 course tasting menu featuring dressed oysters, seasonal preparations, and playful oyster-inspired bites. Menus rotate monthly based on the freshest oyster selections and the chef’s creative pairings.
Guests will be seated at the raw bar and enjoy a chef-led guidance through each course, making it an interactive and elevated oyster experience — without a fixed start time.
Tastings are $60 per person, with an optional premium sparkling wine flight pairing.
