Join us for Oyster Tasting Night, a chef-driven oyster experience at Skipjack Oyster on the last Thursday of the month. Guests can choose from two seating times, 6:00 PM or 8:00 PM, with each experience lasting 1.5 hours. Pull up to the raw bar for a 7–10 course tasting menu featuring dressed oysters, seasonal preparations, and playful oyster-inspired bites. Menus rotate monthly based on the freshest oyster selections and the chef’s creative pairings.
Guests will be seated at the raw bar and guided by the chef through each course, creating an interactive and elevated oyster experience.
Tastings are $60 per person, with an optional premium sparkling wine flight pairing.
