AUSTIN, Texas — The artist Childish Gambino is postponing his tour, including his stop next month in Austin for the ACL Music Festival, following a foot injury, according to music festival organizers.

Childish Gambino, whose real name is Donald Glover, injured his foot during a concert Sunday in Dallas. He was scheduled to headline both Sundays for ACL, Oct. 7 and 14, but postponed his “This Is America Tour” until Dec. 2, festival organizers said.

In a prepared statement, the tour promoter says Glover will still perform Oct. 27 at the Voodoo Music + Arts Experience in New Orleans. According to Austin360.com, rapper Travis Scott now is scheduled to headline both Sundays alongside Arctic Monkeys. Moreover, the electronic music duo Justice will headline both Saturday shows with Metallica, according to the website.
