Person Found Dead In South Austin After Shots Fired Call
Police described the incident along the 100 block of West Alpine Road late Tuesday as 'not suspicious,' suggesting it could be a suicide.
AUSTIN, TX — Police responded to South Austin late Tuesday after receiving reports of shots fired before officers found a deceased person at the scene.
The incident occurred along the 100 block of West Alpine Road at about a quarter before 11 p.m. Although a dead person was found, police said the incident "...does not appear to be suspicious at this time," which suggests it was a case of suicide.
