Dell Children’s announces collaboration with iPractice Healthcare Solutions expanding pediatric primary care in Central Texas

New collaboration with 50 primary care providers supported by iPractice Healthcare Solutions Austin, TX. – Dell Children’s Medical Center and iPractice Healthcare Solutions, which is powered by Austin Health Partners, are proud to announce a new alignment that will provide and expand access to high quality, cost-effective healthcare designed to meet the needs of any child. The collaborative adds 50 pediatric and family practitioners at five locations to Dell Children’s network of care.

The collaboration with Dell Children’s and iPractice Healthcare Solutions will streamline and expand the coordination of pediatric care in Central Texas. The clinic locations include Cedar Park Pediatric and Family Medicine in Cedar Park, Treehouse Pediatrics in Round Rock, Georgetown Pediatrics and Family Medicine in Georgetown, and Southwest Pediatric Associates in Austin.

“We are excited about our care alliance with iPractice Healthcare Solutions, which will allow for new access points for families in need of pediatric care,'' said Christopher Born, president of Dell Children’s Medical Center. “We are committed to expanding our mission by building a network of colleagues with experience that focus on the best possible care for children.”

Established in 2018, Austin Health Partners, led by Dr. Brent Cardwell, is a “Super Group” or “Group Without Walls” that created iPractice Healthcare Solutions. iPractice provides business administrative and operational support to independent practices in the Central Texas area to help them maintain their independence.

The agreement is an innovative strategy between Dell Children's and iPractice Healthcare Solutions to transform and expand primary care throughout the Central Texas community. Dell Children’s Medical Center is the only dedicated freestanding pediatric facility in the region.
