Find Cheapest Gas In Austin Before Hitting The Road On July 4
As people prepare to fill the tank to hit the road on Fourth of July road trips, Patch has scoured the region for the cheapest fuel prices.
AUSTIN, TX — As many hit the road for the Fourth of July, it might be a good idea to do a little research before filling up the tank to find the cheapest gas. As of Wednesday, July 3, the average cost of a regular gallon of gas in Austin was $2.40 per gallon, according to GasBuddy.com.
But you can find gas cheaper than than with a little hunting. Fortunately, researchers at the GasBuddy.com website continually update their home page in alerting to the lowest-priced gas in the city.
