Free SXSW Mini-Concert To Be Staged At Food Park
Meiko and Amber Rubarth will perform outside of the Briggo tent inside the Trailer Park from noon to 2 p.m.

AUSTIN, TX — A surprise mini-music showcase is scheduled at SXSW Thursday featuring Meiko and Amber Rubarth — and it's free.
The performers will play outside of the Briggo tent inside the Trailer Park from noon to 2 p.m. today. Meiko rose to international prominence following the independent release of her self-titled album in 2007 when a single from the album, "Stuck On You", reached No. 1 on the combined Japanese AirPlay Chart and No. 1 on the International Chart in Japan.
For her part, Amber Rubarth is an American singer-songwriter who has performed her music across the world; Amber also made her acting debut co-starring as Joni in the upcoming feature film American Folk, which was just released this past January to positive reviews.

The mini-showcase will be free and open to the public. While there, you might want to grab a cup of coffee the futuristic, Briggo, way. The company provides an app where coffee lovers can create their customized cup of java, with an alert sent out to let them know when it's ready to be retrieved.
It's all percolating at the Southbites food trailer.
