Interstate 35 Lane Closures For Jan. 25-31, 2020

AUSTIN, TX — The Texas Department of Transportation has released its weekly list of Interstate 35 lane closures, providing in the process a helpful motorists' guide for those wishing to avoid potential traffic congestion.

This week's list covers the time period between Jan. 25-31.

I-35 FROM CORN HILL

(BUD STOCKTON LOOP) TO FM 972

• Southbound I-35 entrance ramp permanently closed at Ronald Reagan Boulevard
  • Until further notice

I-35 FROM RM 1431 TO FM 3406 (NORTHBOUND)

• Northbound I-35 frontage road reduced to one lane from Jeffrey Way to RM 1431
  • Through late 2020

I-35 AT PARMER LANE

• Southbound I-35 frontage road and entrance ramp closed from Parmer Lane to Yager Lane. There will be one rolling closure on the southbound I-35 mainlanes at Parmer Lane.
  • Monday, Jan. 27 from 11 p.m. until 5 a.m.

I-35 FROM RUNDBERG LANE TO US 290 EAST

• Northbound I-35 frontage road left lane closed from Camino La Costa to St. Johns Avenue
  • Through mid-2020
• Northbound US 183 frontage road left lane closed from I-35 to Gessner Drive
  • Through mid-2020
• East and westbound I-35 closed at Hermitage Drive
  • Until further notice
• East and westbound US 183 closed at Norwood Park Boulevard
  • Until further notice
• Northbound I-35 left lane closed nightly from US 290 East to Rundberg Lane. The US 290 entrance ramp and US 183 flyover will also be closed.
  • Sunday, Jan. 26 through Thursday, Jan. 30 from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m.
• Southbound I-35 left lane closed nightly from Rundberg Lane to US 290 East. The Rundberg Lane entrance ramp and US 183 flyover will also be closed.
  • Sunday, Jan. 26 through Thursday, Jan. 30 from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m.
• Southbound US 183 frontage road left lane closed nightly from Carver Avenue to Cameron Road. The Cameron Road exit ramp will also be closed.
  • Sunday, Jan. 26 through Thursday, Jan. 30 from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m.
• East and westbound St. Johns Avenue closed nightly at the I-35 frontage road
  • Sunday, Jan. 26 from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m.
• Southbound I-35 frontage road left lane closed nightly from US 183 exit ramp (#240) to Rundberg Lane entrance ramp. The Rundberg Lane entrance ramp and US 183 exit ramp (#240) will also be closed.
  • Sunday, Jan. 26 through Thursday, Jan. 30 from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m.
• Southbound I-35 frontage road right lane closed nightly from Barwood Park to Powell Lane
  • Sunday, Jan. 26 through Tuesday, Jan. 28 from 9 p.m. until 5 a.m.
• Southbound I-35 frontage road right lane closed daily from Blackson Avenue to Huntland Drive
  • Monday, Jan. 27 through Friday, Jan. 31 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.

I-35 AT OLTORF STREET

• Northbound I-35 frontage road left lane closed from Woodward Street to Oltorf Street
  • Until further notice
• Southbound I-35 right two lanes closed from Woodland Avenue to Woodward Street. The Oltorf Street exit ramp and Woodward Street exit ramp will also be closed.

• Northbound I-35 right lane closed from Oltorf Street to Woodland Avenue. The Oltorf Street entrance ramp and Woodland Avenue exit ramp will also be closed.

• Southbound I-35 right lane closed from Oltorf Street to Woodward Street. The Woodward Street exit ramp will also be closed.
  • Tuesday, Jan. 28 from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m.
• Northbound I-35 left two lanes closed from Oltorf Street entrance ramp to Woodland Avenue
  • Tuesday, Jan. 28 from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m.

• East and westbound Stassney Lane left lane closed daily at I-35
  • Thursday, Jan. 23 through Friday, Jan. 24 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
• Southbound I-35 frontage road right lane closed daily at Corral Lane
  • Friday, Jan. 24 through Monday, Jan. 27 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
• Southbound I-35 frontage road left lane closed at Stassney Lane
  • Saturday, Jan. 25 from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.
• North to southbound I-35 U-turn closed at Stassney Lane
  • Saturday, Jan. 25 from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.
• North to southbound I-35 U-turn closed daily at Stassney Lane
  • Monday, Jan. 27 through Wednesday, Jan. 29 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.

I-35 AT POSEY ROAD

• Posey Road bridge closed at I-35
