Job Fair Set For East Austin Italian Eatery Il Brutto
Latest venture for developer New Waterloo, 5,000-square-foot diner seeks to fill all slots ahead of its winter opening.

EAST AUSTIN, TX — Officials at the highly anticipated neighborhood Italian restaurant Il Brutto have scheduled a job fair on Tuesday, Jan. 23, to fill all positions.
Scheduled for a winter opening, the 5,000-square-foot Il Brutto is located at 1617 East 6th St. The diner features a an open kitchen with two imported Neapolitan wood-burning brick ovens, private dining room, separate bar and lounge, wine cellar and a live oak shaded patio.

The job fair will take place at The Arnold apartment complex community room at 1621 East 6th St. from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 23.
