Last Free 'Blues On The Green' Concert Set For Zilker Park
As summer wanes, so to does BOTG. But what a finish: Wednesday's finale featuring Tje Austin, Bidi Bidi Banda and indie folk duo Oh Hellos.

AUSTIN, TX — It's the last call for the final Blues on the Green this Wednesday, as the free summer concert series presented by the Lyft ride share company comes to a close. But what a lineup that's planned! And what better way to conclude hump day?
Musician Tje Austin will open, followed by the Austin Selena tribute act, Bidi Bidi Banda, and the San Marcos indie folk duo, the Oh Hellos. Tje Austin set will kick off this Wednesday, Aug. 8, at 7 p.m. on the Lyft stage at Zilker Park, 2100 Barton Springs Rd.

The music fun isn't just for humans either. Tomlinson’s Feed, locally-owned pet food store and the leader on natural pet nutrition in Austin, is one of the sponsors of BOTG 2018. As such, Tomlinson’s invites BOTG attendees to grab their family, leash up their pets, and stop by the Tomlinson’s booth at Zilker Park for prizes, giveaways and tasty treats for your pups.
The Tomlinson’s booth will feature a pup cooling station with doggie pools filled with ice and water to help keep pets cool and hydrated. Attendees can also stop by the booth to meet adoptable dogs from Love-A-Bull.

Here's a taste of Tje Austin's smooth vocals as he sings "Sunshine" of which there likely will be plenty of Wednesday, bathing the music-loving crowds:
And who doesn't love Selena? Below is a taste from Selena tribute band Bidi Bidi Banda. The medley begins with "La Carcacha," or "The Jalopy," a song about a boyfriend who, while not the handsomest or driver of the coolest car, is loyal and genuine in his love.
The other featured band, the duo named Oh Hellos, have made build quite a reputation for their brand of indie folk. Here here they are performing at an NPR Tiny Desk Concert:
