Leander ISD's Faubion Elementary School Principal Honored
Bobbie Steiner was named 2018 Texas PTA Outstanding Educator of the Year award in elementary principal category at PTA conference.

LEANDER, TEXAS — Faubion Elementary School Principal Bobbie Steiner recently earned quite the accolade, earning the 2018 Texas PTA Outstanding Educator of the Year award.
The honor in the Elementary Principal category was awarded in July at the Texas PTA's summer conference attended by some 3,000 educators, Leander ISD officials announced on their website. The honor focuses on the educator's success in creating a strong, family-school connection toward supporting student growth and success.
“I am honored and humbled to receive this award, as is comes from the very people I serve,” Steiner told school officials. “It means the world to me to have such a strong relationship with my Faubion community. ‘All Means All’ takes on a whole new meaning when you have such a connection with the students, parents and the staff.”
