Lotto Texas Jackpot For Sept. 18, 2019: $22.5 Million

AUSTIN, TX — Yet again, no winner emerged for the big prize during Saturday's Lotto Texas jackpot drawing. What this means is that the prize for the next contest will be for $22.5 million, with a cash value option of $16.7 million.

The winning numbers for the Sept. 14 drawing are: 1-3-24-28-31-41. Yes, nobody won. So why publish the numbers? Because matching even fewer than six digits yields smaller prizes, so check your ticket just in case.

As an example, 32 people across Texas matched five out of the six numbers to collect $945 in winnings. Another 23 who paid an extra buck for the Extra! option walked away with $10,945 in winnings after matching all but one of the six numbers.

Another 922 people matched four out of six numbers to collect $48. Don't scoff: School just started and junior needs a new pair of shoes. According to lottery officials, 229 people choosing the Extra! option scored $148 in winnings.

It's been weeks since anyone won the jackpot, now swelling to $20.5 million for the next draw on Wednesday, Sept. 11. The cash value option will be for $15.7 million. The winning numbers for Saturday, Sept. 7, are: 22-23-31-33-40-42.
